Camogie is alive and well in Templederry!
We entered a schools camogie team this year and they took part in a blitz on Tuesday March 26th. The girls who started with 3 girls form 4th class played their hearts out finished in a 3 way off with 2 other schools. These girls have trained together for the last month and gelled really well as a team. Hopes were high going into the play off that the girls would do themselves justice again. Drawn in the first game, the girls played in brilliant sunshine in Templederry and outshone themselves with a great win. At time of writing the girls are awaiting to play their North Semi final in the coming days and hopes are high that the girls can do themselves proud once again.
