Ash Wednesday:  On March 1st staff and  children attended Mass in the church and received blessed ashes to mark Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent.

March 2nd:  World Book Day.   Keep up the reading!!

Peace Proms:   A group from the senior classes  performed in a concert in U.L. on March 4th. Congratulations to those who participated in such a magnificent initiative.

Catechetical Advisor:   Sr. Essie visited all classes on March 15th.

Seachtain Na Gaeilge:   March 13th  –  18th

Bí  ag caint as Gaeilge!

On March 13th a team represented the school in a  Tráth Na gCeist in Nenagh library.

Tennis:  Children are enjoying tennis coaching on Tuesdays until Easter.

Football blitz.   Our 2nd class  enjoyed the blitz in Dr. Morris Park on March 29th.

Soccer:  Well done to the two teams who represented the school at the F.A.I. School Soccer competition on March 29th. Best of luck to the boys team which has qualified for the next round on April 25th.
